Ultra XC - High Contrast rear projection film.
Ultra XC is a falg-ship product and one of our leading, ultra professional, rear projection screen solutions. Ultra XC is a self adhesive, daylight capable film, that is ideal for a variety of visual applications and is proving to be exceptional in "through glass" window displays!
Ultra XC is dark charcoal coloured with a high contrast of 300:1, a gain of 4 and a wide 180% viewing angle. The projection film has been designed not to crystallize, or "hot spot", so that it can also be used with short throw video projectors or acute angle projection. Ultra XC is also dual sided and can perform well in both both front or rear projection situations.
We can supply Ultra XC projection film in any size, up to a maximum height of 1.52 meters and a maximum length of 10 meters in one complete section. Ultra XC has a thickness of just 0.1mm therefore it can also be joined seamlessly for larger format applications. Ultra XC rear projection film is easy to cut into any size or shape with either a sharp knife, or scissors, this makes it perfect in bespoke applications and visual marketing projects.
Ultra XC has a ten year UVA warranty.

Application: The Ultra XC projection laminate is applied, much in the same way as signmakers self adhesive Vinyl, use a neutral detergent solution and spraying the glass and adhesive layer before application. This allows a little extra "working time" and allows the film to be squeezed properly using a medium rubber squeegee, as a sign writer would use when applying vinyl.
Although our films carry a 3 year warranty, you remain responsible during installation, if you are in doubt about the correct method of installation, please seek expert advice. We do provide a basic installation guide with any orders for our Self Adhesive projection films.
